Project Overview:

Design Notes:

The cold storage is mainly used to store the tea extract concentrate, and the long-term storage needs to reach the center temperature of -18℃, in order to not only ensure the storage quality, but also ensure the cold storage turnover rate and control the operating cost of the cold storage. Therefore, first put the tea concentrate into the -45℃ ultra-low temperature quick-freezing freezer until the center temperature of the tea concentrate reaches -18℃. In order to save the operating cost of the cold storage, put the tea concentrate whose center temperature has reached -18℃ into -18℃ Inside the low-temperature refrigerator.

Daily management of low-temperature cold storage:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to switch and adjust the temperature of the cold storage at will.

(2) When entering and leaving the cold storage, the door of the storage should be closed at hand to avoid air-conditioning leakage. When leaving the cold storage, the lighting power in the storage should be turned off.

(3) Strictly control the temperature of the cold storage to reduce temperature fluctuations. Under normal circumstances, the temperature in the warehouse should be checked every 2 hours during the business period and recorded on the temperature registration card. If an abnormality occurs during operation, you should contact the electrician to solve it in time.

(4) It is strictly forbidden to place contaminated and odorous items around the cold storage. At the end of every day, the surrounding environment of the cold storage must be cleaned, disinfected, and the door locked.

(5) The ice and frost in the cold storage should be thoroughly cleaned up every week. Note: Only dry mops and dry rags can be used in the cleaning. It is strictly forbidden to use water to clean the storage board and the ground.

(6) The floor and warehouse of the cold storage shall be cleaned and disinfected every month
